Global Purchasing has officially released it’s 2015 Top 50 Electronics Distributors list. Global Purchasing’s annual list is compiled through a combination of self-reporting and available public records. Using this information Global Purchasing ranks distributors based on their global sales in US dollars.

bisco industries is proud to rank 20th on the 2015 top distributor list. In fiscal 2014 (September to August) bisco industries saw revenue of $136.8 million topping prior year by over $15 million. Among bisco’s top growth areas were the printed circuit board (PCB), electronic component, and communications equipment industries.

Outlook for 2015

bisco industries anticipates continued growth in 2015 and is focused on investing in business technology and personnel. In his interview with Global Purchasing, bisco’s vice president of sales and marketing, Zach Ceiley, explained, “Making sure we’re ready to service that sector of the business community that chooses to interact with their suppliers [online]—that’s important to us”. While prioritizing improvements on bisco’s e-commerce website, bisco will continue to focus on growing personal relationships with customers. In order to continue providing personalized service, bisco is set to open more facilities and expand its sales staff in 2015. In fact, bisco has already opened a new facility in South Florida this year and is slated to open yet another facility in British Columbia in the coming months.
